When purchasing clip cards the full amount for the selected number of clips is paid. They must be used within one month of purchase. Read our travel conditions for clip cards and AutoBizz Smart here.

If you travel with Bizz without an AutoBizz Smart agreement, it will be Easy-Go prices that applies.

AutoBizz Smart and Easy-Go

Questions and answers

: Bizz is an electronic payment methos where a small device is places on the windshield in your car and the payment for each crossing is automatically drawn from the payment card linked to your Bizz. You can order your Bizz from Brobizz or ØresundPay.

To travel with discount on ORESUNSLINJEN, your must sign up for an AutoBizz Smart agreement with ORESUNDSLINJEN.

: To accrue discount, the Bizz device must be placed visibly on the windshield while you check in, and you must inform the number of passengers in the car. You will avoid trouble with card and cash payment, because the payment of a ticket will automatically be drawn from the card registered on your Bizz.

With a Smart-agreement you will be charged with an annual fee, which is also automatically drawn from the card.

To make the check-in process as smooth as possible, it is important that we have the correct card information. You register your payment card on www.brobizz.com - My account (Brobizz A/S) or on www.oresundsbron.com - My account (Öresundsbron) depensing on whop issued your Bizz. There are no refunds afterwards.

: If you have questions concerning personal/firm data, payment information or login, you must contact the issuer of your Bizz.

: To register a new payment card, you must visit www.brobizz.com under "update your payment card" where you insert your 16-digit Bizz number and customer number.

If your Bizz is issued by Öresundsbron, please visit www.oresundsbron.com
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your new payment card is registered and the Bizz is updated.

If you forget to update your payment card, your Bizz will be blocked and you will need to buy a new ticket on-site. There will be no refunds afterwards.

: You Bizz may not work if you haven't updated your card details on "My account" or it could be due to an unpaid invoice.
