Let ÖRESUNDSLINJEN help you give your customers the best possible travel experience across Öresund! We offer our partners attractive prices on ferry tickets for buses, both for local crossings Helsingborg-Helsingör and for combination crossings to Germany with our partner Scandlines.

With a ORESUNDSLINJEN contract you’ll receive a bus requisition as a method of payment for crossings between Helsingborg and Elsinore (Helsingør), among other benefits. After your crossing you will receive an invoice providing clear information on when your buses have sailed on our route.

Cancellation rules and fees

Booking a local ticket Helsingborg-Helsingör or Helsinör-Helsingborg
No cancellation-, change- or no show rules or fees.

Combined ticket Helsingborg‐Helsingör + Rödby‐Puttgarden.
3 days before departure: No cancellation fee.
2 days before departure. Cancellation Fee: 75% of the ticket price will be debited.
No show, cancellation after departure: 100% of the ticket price will be debited.

Combined ticket Helsingborg‐Helsingör + Gedser-Rostock.
8 days before departure: No cancellation fee.
7 days before departure. Cancellation Fee: 75% of the ticket price will be debited.
No show, cancellation after departure: 100% of the ticket price will be debited.

Crossing times

Helsingborg–Helsingör
Crossing time: 20 minutes.
Check in: 15 minutes before departure.
Departure: 2-3 times an hour, 24 hours a day. Deviations may occur.

Rödby–Puttgarden
Crossing time: 45 minutes.
Check in: 15 minutes before departure.
Departure: 1-2 times an hour, 24 hours a day. Deviations may occur.

Gedser–Rostock
Crossing time: 2 hours.
Check in: 30 minutes before departure.
Departure: Up to 10 departures per day. Deviations may occur.

Bus voucher

As an ORESUNDSLINJEN bus customer, you can fill out and print an ORESUNDSLINJEN bus requisition as needed. The requisition should be filled out before check-in at the port.
