ØRESUNDSLINJEN operates an efficient ferry route with the five ferries Aurora, Tycho Brahe, Hamlet, Mercandia IV, and Mercandia VIII.Tycho Brahe and Aurora is operating on battery operation with the aim of further reducing the environmental impact of the ferries.
If you're coming from motorway E47, continue straight on Kongevejen. Follow signs for the harbor and ferries, and you'll be directed straight to our vehicle check-in. If you're traveling via the gangway, we refer you to our terminal at Færgevej 9, adjacent to Helsingør Station.
Free parking for 15 minutes
At ØRESUNDSLINJEN parking on Færgevej, right by the gangway terminal, you can park for free for 15 minutes. After that, it costs 10 DKK for each commenced hour. Card payment only.
In collaboration with the charging operator Mer, we have established Sweden's largest car brand-independent charging station with fast charging. The charging station is located at our drive-in in Helsingborg (Bredgatan 5) and consists of 5 fast charging stations with 10 charging spots. You can either charge before boarding the ferry or use the charging stations after you have arrived in Helsingborg.
Just take the third exit at the roundabout immediately after customs in Helsingborg - the charging station is located on the left side.
When you charge at our charging stations, you will be at the front of the queue when boarding the ferry to Helsingør. Proceed to the manual operation and show your app.
To use the charging stations, you need an app from Mer, available for both iOS and Android. The price of charging your car is determined by your subscription. You can use the app in Mer's entire public charging network in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.
